Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ecolefive, the parent company of Jiji’s Ghee, customer satisfaction is important to us. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests as a general policy. However, in the event of the following situations, we will be happy to work with you to reach a fair and amicable resolution:

1. In Case of Damaged Product

You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing Support@jijisghee.in

Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One photo of the outer box
  • Two clear images of the damaged product
  • An unboxing video showing the product damage clearly

If your shipment included multiple items, only the affected item(s) will be eligible for replacement.

We will promptly replace the damaged item within 5–7 business days of verification and provide full support throughout the process.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Emails will be responded to within 24–48 hours.

2. In Case of Missing Product

Notify us within 2 days of delivery via Support@jijisghee.in

Required in the email:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One photo of the outer packaging
  • Two clear photos of the opened box
  • An unboxing video showing the items received

Refunds will not be processed, but we will gladly resend the missing item within 5–7 business days after verification.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and offer full assistance.

3. In Case of Spoiled Product

Notify us within 2 days of delivery at Support@jijisghee.in

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Date of packaging / manufacture
  • Clear photos or a video showing the spoiled condition

We cannot accept returns based on variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma. As our products are natural and handcrafted, slight variations are normal.

However, if a product is genuinely spoiled, we will investigate thoroughly and offer a replacement within 5–7 business days if justified.
If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 3–5 business days after final verification.
